Histamine Enzymatic Assay Kit is a colorimetric enzymatic assay for the determination of histamine in seafood, meat, milk and wine. Unlike ELISA-based methods, this kit uses a rapid and direct enzymatic reaction to determine the amount of histamine in samples.
